What are PrepOS, MockOS, and GangOS?

They are the three core tools built into PressOS. PrepOS handles artwork prep (AI background removal, upscaling, halftones, color knockout). MockOS generates product mockups on real SanMar blanks. GangOS auto-arranges transfers onto gang sheets for maximum film efficiency. All three are included — no add-ons or separate subscriptions.

Do I need to be a SanMar customer?

PressOS integrates with SanMar for catalog products, pricing, and inventory. You will need SanMar credentials to use the catalog features, but you can still use PressOS for artwork prep, quoting, production, gang sheets, custom products, and order management without it.

What artwork prep features does PrepOS include?

Can customers customize products on my storefront?
