All custom-printed orders are made-to-order. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will reprint or refund affected items at no cost. Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a full refund.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
All products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Once you approve a proof or submit a design for printing, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of artwork, text, colors, and sizing. We print exactly what is provided and approved — we are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork.
Pricing is determined at the time of order and is based on quantity, garment type, print method, and any additional customization options. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price. Sales tax is applied where applicable.
Estimated turnaround times are provided at checkout and depend on order complexity and current production volume. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem offensive, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise inappropriate. If an order is refused, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Intellectual property rights for all customer-submitted designs remain with the customer. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have proper licensing for all designs. We are not responsible for verifying copyright or trademark ownership of submitted materials.
