Because all items are custom-printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on completed orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We take quality seriously — if your order has a printing defect, misalignment, or was produced with incorrect specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once we verify the defect, we will reprint and reship the item at no additional cost. If a reprint is not possible, we will issue a full refund for the affected item(s). Orders that are cancelled before production begins are eligible for a full refund. Once an order enters production, cancellation is no longer possible. Please double-check all artwork, sizing, and color selections before confirming your order. For any return or quality concerns, please reach out to us via our contact page or email. By placing an order through our shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. All products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Once you approve a proof or submit a design for printing, you are responsible for verifying accuracy of artwork, text, colors, and sizing. We print exactly what is provided and approved — we are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork. Pricing is determined at the time of order and is based on quantity, garment type, print method, and any additional customization options. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price. Sales tax is applied where applicable. Estimated turnaround times are provided at checkout and depend on order complexity and current production volume. Standard orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem offensive, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise inappropriate. If an order is refused, you will be notified and issued a full refund. Intellectual property rights for all customer-submitted designs remain with the customer. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have proper licensing for all designs. We are not responsible for verifying copyright or trademark ownership of submitted materials.
